Grabbing a coffee is perfect for a first date – it’s simple, low-key, and smells just right! At this Saturday afternoon event, come enjoy a blend of flavourful conversations and brew up some new connections over a series of relaxed one-on-one video dates, latte in hand.

About multi-city speed dating: We’re hitting up singles across Canada who are looking to get their feet wet and take a dip in a much larger (dating) pool! So, if you’re tired of walking or swiping past the same people again and again, this event is for you.

Drink
Nothing says “Coffee & Chill” in October like a Pumpkin Spice Latte! We found you a fairly easy at-home recipe, or you can opt for a quick pop-in at your local Starbucks.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp pumpkin purée (available in a can at your grocery store)
- Sugar to taste
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup espresso or 1/3 cup of brewed coffee
Instructions:
- Make coffee.
- Mix milk with pumpkin purée in a mug and heat on stove or in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice.
- Add milk to coffee.
- If you fancy, top with whipping cream and sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon.

Technical Requirements
In order for you and everyone else to have a seamless digital dating experience, you must have the following:
- Secure internet connection
- Computer or phone with a camera
- Quiet and very well-lit room (one lamp won’t cut it!)
We also have a strict policy against poor etiquette of any kind, including leaving the event at any point once it’s started. By purchasing a ticket, you are committing to staying for the entire duration of the event and participating in each speed date, just like you would in person.

Generally, in this Life Stage, you’ll meet other young professionals that are looking for a long term relationship, someone with whom they can explore life with! They are often open to marriage and/or starting a family for the first time. Based on our previous events, you can expect to meet women ages 28-40 and men ages 32-45 in this Life Stage.

What cities are part of this "Multi-City" event?
This event will bring together singles from Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Edmonton! If you’re from another city, you’re welcome to join 🙂
How long is the event?
What should I wear?
Even though you’re probably attending from the comfort of your home, there is a dress code!
Think sophisticated loungewear. Cozy sweaters, fall turtlenecks, you get the idea. Be comfortable and relaxed but remember this is still an event so make sure you look great! A classic white tee and jeans is a great option too.
Pro Tip: People can tell when you’ve made an effort and when it comes to dating, that’s important. Looking your best will always result in more and/or better matches. Remember, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.
How many people will I meet?
Even though this is a multi-city event, the size of your event will be the same as usual. You can expect to meet 5 to 10 pre-screened guests of the opposite sex.
How strict are the age groups?
If you fall outside of the advertised age range but fit the Life Stage, you can still participate. However, if it’s above or below by more than two years, we recommend checking with us first.
