MULTI-CITY – YOU, ME & THE SEA! Video Speed Dating for Tropical Travel Lovers
Who else misses travelling to hot, tropical destinations? We’ve set out to bring together lovers of topical travel for an evening of exotic conversation and tales of wanderlust! At this virtual event, you’ll connect with other experienced and aspiring globetrotters over a series of one-on-one video dates!
About multi-city speed dating: We’re hitting up singles across Canada who are looking to get their feet wet and take a dip in a much larger (dating) pool! So, if you’re tired of walking or swiping past the same people again and again, this event is for you.

We know your favourite sundresses and Hawaiian shirts are just dying to come out and play! Think tropical vacations vibes for this event and have some fun with it. Don’t forget your fave travel accessories; dangly earrings, fedoras and palm tree-patterned scarves are all welcome.
Pro Tip: You might be thinking… “I’m attending from home, so I don’t need to dress up.” but it’s just the opposite! Be comfortable but remember this is still a dating event. Make an effort to look your best, you never get a second chance to make a first impression!

There’s nothing like a tropical, bright-coloured cocktail to get you into vacation mode! This easy-to-make, simple drink is all you need to bring the sea right to your doorstep.
INGREDIENTS (makes one serving)
- 1 oz malibu rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- Splash of grenadine
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and pour over ice in your most tropical looking glass. Garnish with oranges, pineapple or cherries.
Alcohol-free option: Skip the rum!
