VANCOUVER – BRUNCH-DRUNK-LOVE! Valentines Speed Dating
We had planned to make a brunch of VDay puns, but that would be too (over) easy. Instead, we’ll just tell you that, like a good heart-shaped pancake, speed dating in the morning is light, warm and fluffy.
So, throw on your favourite red sweater and pour yourself a tall mimosa coz this Valentine’s, we’re bringing the LOVE right to your doorstep!

COCKTAIL
A Pink Mimosa is the perfect morning cocktail to kick off Valentine’s weekend!
Ingredients:
- Champagne or prosecco
- Grapefruit juice
- Grapefruit slice, strawberry and/or rosemary for garnishing
Directions: Make sure your champagne and juice are both icy cold! Grab yourself a tall champagne flute and mix things up at the ratio you desire. Garnish.
Non-alcoholic alternative: Skip the champagne but not the fancy glass.
DRESS CODE
Take on Valentine’s in style! Think “casual and relaxed” but with a VDAY spin. Anything RED (sweaters, T-shirts, turtlenecks) will do the trick for this chilled out morning event.
Pro Tip: Be comfortable but remember this is still a Valentine’s dating event and you never get a second chance to make a first impression!

Technical Requirements
In order for you and everyone else to have a seamless digital dating experience, you must have the following:
- Laptop or Desktop computer, Smart phone or Tablet.
- Secure Internet connection
- Quiet and very well-lit room (one lamp won’t cut it!)
We also have a strict policy against poor etiquette. Rude or disruptive behaviour of any kind will result in being removed from the event immediately, and without warning.

Generally, in this Life Stage, you’ll meet other young professionals that are looking for a long term relationship, someone with whom they can explore life with! They are often open to marriage and/or starting a family for the first time. Based on our previous events, you can expect to meet women ages 28-40 and men ages 32-45 in this Life Stage.

How many people will I meet?
You can expect to meet 5 to 10 pre-screened guests of the opposite sex.
How strict are the age groups?
If you fall outside of the advertised age range but fit the Life Stage, you can still participate. However, if it’s above or below by more than two years, we recommend checking with us first.
